The GOLDJAXE Method: the operator’s protocol
The GOLDJAXE Method is a way of working that shapes every task in the holding — from a line of code to a client contract. At its core: 5 stages of any task, 6 principles for working with AI, 6 filters on every decision, and one rule — verify it yourself before you show it. The method lets one person with AI deliver the output of an entire team.
The GOLDJAXE Method can be learned: in the Academy it is broken down step by step — with protocols, exercises and operator certification.

What GOLDJAXE OS is, in plain words
GOLDJAXE is not a «company that makes websites» or a «studio». It is an AI operating system for running a holding. Just as Windows runs a computer, GOLDJAXE OS runs the business: production, knowledge, money, protection.
In practice that means a set of methods (how to do it), principles (what must never be broken) and tools (what to do it with) that work together like clockwork. The result is predictably good because it is a system, not a mood.
Example. You need to write a proposal for a client. At an ordinary company a person opens an editor and writes «as best they can». In a system there is a method, a formatting canon, AI, and a check before sending. The result is predictable.
The GOLDJAXE Method — 5 stages of any task
Every task — large or small — goes through five stages. This is the heart of the method. Learn them and you will never «drown» in a task.
1. Discovery. First understand what is needed. Do not rush in. Read the context, find what already exists. Before fixing a bug — reproduce it and understand the cause, do not guess.
2. Architecture. Design the solution before building it. Choose an approach, weigh the options.
3. Implementation. Actually do it. This is the main work, together with AI.
4. Quality gate. Check the result yourself before showing it. Do not say «it works» until you have seen it.
5. Knowledge capture. Write down what came out and what you learned — so next time you do not start from scratch.
Why it matters. 90% of failures are a skipped stage. Rushed in without discovery — built the wrong thing. Did not check yourself — the client found the error. Did not write it down — a month later you repeat the same work.
Architecture — 6 principles for working with AI
When we build anything with AI (and for us that is almost everything), six principles apply. They protect both quality and security.
1. Privacy first. People’s data is protected by default. First «is it legal», then «is it convenient».
2. Dual AI stack. We do not depend on a single AI provider. The model can be swapped without rewriting everything.
3. Ours, not someone else’s. The core runs on our own servers, not in someone else’s cloud. We cannot be «switched off».
4. Cross-jurisdiction. We account for the laws of different countries from the start, not when it bites.
5. Observability. Everything that runs must be visible: logs, metrics. No blind spots.
6. Security by design. Protection is built into the architecture, not bolted on later.
Voice — how we speak and write
The holding has a voice. It is part of the product, not decoration.
Direct and to the point. Short statements and a concrete action. No filler, no motivational speeches.
Plain language. If there is a living word, we use it. The essence of each stage can be stated in one line.
We prove by doing. We are engineers and builders, not «success coaches». We show how it is built, not promise.
The F1–F6 prism — a filter on every decision
Before recommending or doing anything, we run the decision through six filters. It takes seconds and saves you from expensive mistakes: legal cleanliness and asset protection; revenue and profit growth; speed and automation; reputation and brand; long-term strategy; knowledge capture.
The main rule: the first filter is a red line, not «one of the factors». You cannot earn money by breaking the law. Period.
Example. An idea: quickly take a payment via a grey-zone scheme. The revenue filter says «yes, money». The cleanliness filter says «no». Cleanliness wins — we find a legal way.
Two rules that separate a professional
Definition of done. «Done» is not «I finished typing». Done means the result is checked, constraints are met, related things are updated. For every task it is clear in advance what «done» means.
Verify before show. Never say «take a look» or «done» until you have checked it yourself, with your own eyes. «It should work» is not a check. Opened, saw, confirmed — that is a check. This rule separates system from chaos: the client should not find an error you were too lazy to verify.
FAQ
What is the GOLDJAXE Method?
A way to run work like an operating system: 5 stages of a task, 6 principles for working with AI, 6 decision filters, and the rule «verify it yourself before you show it».
What is GOLDJAXE OS?
An AI operating system for running a holding: it ties production, knowledge, money and protection into a single mechanism.
Can the method be learned?
Yes. Holding and partner teams learn it through a course with certification and the support of an AI knowledge engineer.
