Any AI. One workplace

AI errs. You answer for it

Deloitte agreed to refund part of the A$440,000 the Australian government paid for a report. It contained a fabricated quote from a court judgment and references to research that does not exist. The revised version disclosed that AI was used to write it (AP, 7 October 2025).

At Deloitte, a University of Sydney researcher found the errors. At your company, a client will find them. Two in three people who use AI at work take its answers on trust. More than half have already made mistakes at work because of it (KPMG survey of more than 48,000 people in 47 countries).

The mistake reaches your client under your company's name. Inside the company, no one can trace who sent it or where it came from

A workplace above any AI

The Terminal is built on GOLDJAXE OS, your operating system above any AI. The world's best models work by your rules, while your knowledge, memory and data stay inside your perimeter.

One window holds any AI model: the major cloud models and your own, on your hardware or ours. A route is the path a request takes: to the cloud or inside your perimeter. You choose it and see it on every answer.

The Terminal runs where your data lives: the cloud, a dedicated server or a closed perimeter on your hardware. Rules and permissions live in GOLDJAXE OS, so switching AI models needs no new setup

Your work lives on the server

Everything is kept on the server, like money in a bank. Lose the phone with your banking app, and the account stays. Log in on a new phone: it is all there.

The Terminal works the same: an employee who loses a laptop logs in on another computer and carries on.

Permissions are granted by role, from intern to owner. Departments no longer need a shared account: everyone sees only what their role allows. When an employee leaves, their seat is switched off; their chats and work stay with you

A human has the final say

The AI prepares, a person decides. A lawyer gives it a contract to review: it checks the contract against the company's rules and drafts comments. The client letter goes out only after the lawyer says yes. The same goes for everything that leaves the company.

Every action is recorded in a log. Entries can only be added, never erased. You can always see who did what, and when

Anyone can use it

The Terminal comes with ready-made AI teams, called brigades: roles and rules of the GOLDJAXE methodology for your company's tasks. The logistics manager has their own brigade, and so does the lawyer. You call one in like a colleague, and it follows your rules.

Every window has plain instructions. If something doesn't work, an AI support brigade helps first, then an engineer.

Everyone who works with AI every day needs the Terminal: owners and their teams, consultants, bloggers, lawyers, logistics managers. Only the scale differs: a consultant needs one seat, a company needs one per employee

It works for us first

The GOLDJAXE group runs on GOLDJAXE OS every day. This article went through it too. A writer drafted it, an editor polished it, and it went live only after the founder said yes.

On the morning of 25 October 2026, the system held back a reply even to the founder. Two required roles, a marketer and a writer, had been left out of the task. The reply went out only once both had done their part.

The first article in the series explains why a company needs its own system above AI: “Models change. Your system stays”

Where to start

Start with a demo: see roles and permissions, the log and the choice of AI model in action. Request it on goldjaxe.org with your company, contact details and the task.

Prepare three answers for the call. How many employees already use AI, which subscriptions you pay for, which data must stay out of the cloud.

The next article covers GOLDJAXE Scribe: meeting minutes on your own models, inside your perimeter
